Zach Boroson is an Executive Managing Director in JLL’s Washington DC office. Ascending from Associate to his current role in just 7 years, Zach stands as one of JLL's youngest to earn the title of Executive Managing Director. He has successfully negotiated transactions exceeding $3.0 billion in value and encompassing over 5.0 million square feet of commercial space across North America and international markets.
Zach's dynamic approach spans strategic consulting, site selection, lease negotiation, dispositions, and municipal incentive negotiations. He serves a diverse clientele, from tech companies and life sciences companies to professional sports and entertainment companies, associations, and law firms. His ability to navigate complex real estate challenges has earned him recognition as the “#1 Leasing Broker under 35 Years old in the Mid-Atlantic Region” by the Commercial Real Estate Brokers Association (CREBA).
