Yuwadee Sahapornpitakkul

Yuwadee was with our Capital Markets team during 2013 – 2017 before pursuing her studies in Real Estate Finance in the United Kingdom. She returned to Thailand and worked as a Manager in Project Feasibility Study for Central Pattana (CPN)
before returning to JLL, where she previously led a number of successful projects, including 30-year and 50-year land leases for iconic CBD sites.

Yuwadee shares her expertise in real estate investment and project feasibility study. Her strong knowledge and experience in feasibility study and financial modelling is invaluable to the team’s strategic planning and site selection clients.
