Current ResponsibilitiesMr. Korchak is a senior member of Jones Lang LaSalle's Leasing Transactions Team in New York City. He serves a wide range of tenant and landlord clients in leasing transactions throughout the New York Metropolitan area. He coordinates office lease transactions across the United States for technology and financial service clients. For the past 15 years he has also served as the market broker lead in New York State, for Jones Lang LaSalle's work for the US General Services Administration, under the National Broker Contract.
ExperienceWith over 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate field, Mr. Korchak has served a broad range of both corporate and investor clients. Representative clients include the The Coca-Cola Company, CA Technologies (Broadcom), Equitable Life, Nippon Life, New York Life, Dai-ichi Life, Muss Development, Aetna, Deutsche Bank, DEKA Investment and Rubenstein Partners.
Mr. Korchak joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 1997 through the acquisition of Compass Management where he served as Director of Leasing for the New York Region overseeing the leasing of a portfolio of 8 million square feet of office space in the metropolitan area. Prior to that Mr. Korchak was at Equitable Real Estate Investment Management as a Director of Asset Management.
Education and AffiliationsMr. Korchak graduated with a BS in Business and Economics from Lehigh University. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Mr. Korchak is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
