Vishwa Karthik is a Senior Director within the Strategic Consulting team in MEA at JLL, specializing in helping clients develop real estate programs that align with market demands and ensure commercial success. With over 20 years of experience in the sector, including 8 years at JLL, Vishwa has overseen projects spanning more than a billion square meters of land. Throughout his career, Vishwa has navigated multiple real estate cycles and spearheaded iconic giga and mega-scale projects in the UAE, KSA, and the wider region.

Vishwa holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
