A Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, Vanessa is a Director within the Retail Value and Risk Advisory Team.
Based in Leeds, she has 15 years’ experience in the Yorkshire and North East market and currently specialises in valuations for loan security purposes on behalf of a number of major institutional clients and banks, together with valuations for several funds.
Vanessa has vast experience in all retail sub-sectors including shopping centres, out of town retailing, high street and foodstores.
Her previous experience is in corporate recovery acting on behalf of LPA Receivers and other Insolvency Practitioners providing strategic property recovery advice.
