With four years at JLL and a prior career in the orthopedic and neurosurgical device industry, Trevor specializes in helping tenants and users plan for the future workplace, ensuring their real estate decisions align with both current and future business operations.
Trevor's approach centers on developing a deep understanding of his clients' goals and objectives. He then leverages the full spectrum of JLL's platform to structure optimal real estate transactions that support these objectives.
His Southeast Denver experience has resulted in several successful transactions, including a 2024 transaction at 6200 S Syracuse involving Johnson & Johnson's orthopedic division, DePuy Synthes. He also completed a 2024 transaction involving DPC at 4601 DTC for approximately 8,500sf.
Trevor's focus is on scenario planning for the future workplace, assisting clients in making informed decisions that accommodate their evolving needs.
