Tom Whitelock

Tom is passionate about helping companies make comprehensive real estate decisions by leveraging each individual client’s operational and financial goals. He specializes in office leasing and provides market expertise, portfolio & occupancy planning, site selection, and financial analysis.

Over the past 7 years, Tom has represented office and medical clients in almost 100 complex real estate transactions totaling 2.1m sf, including over 40 acres of land acquisitions for future office development.

Tom graduated from The University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. He enjoys hiking, traveling, Bay Area sports, and all things outdoors. Tom is happiest when he’s able to explore new places with his family and meet new people.
