Tom is a Senior Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and specializes in industrial investment advisory throughout Texas. Tom represents and advises clients in the sale, acquisition, or development of industrial assets. Additionally, Tom focuses on equity placement transactions within the industrial sector including sourcing joint venture equity for acquisitions anddevelopment. Over the course of his career, Tom has been involved in closing more than $7.0 billion in transactions, totaling more than 70 million square feet.
