Todd Schaefer

Current Responsibilites

Todd is a 23-year industry veteran and recognized expert in exclusively representing tenants while providing strategic real estate planning, acquisition and disposition of corporate facilities, with a focus on corporate portfolios and headquarter transactions in the chicagoland metropolitan area as well as nationally.

Experience

Prior to joining JLL, Todd was a Senior Vice President of Grubb & Ellis' Tenant Representation group for nine years, and in 2003 he was named their "Rookie of the Year." Todd has completed over 425 assignments totaling more than nine million square feet.
