Tim Mayoh

With over 25 years of experience, Tim brings comprehensive hospitality expertise to JLL Hotels & Hospitality following a successful three-year stint in agency with ResortBrokers focusing on accommodation mid markets. During his time there, he significantly expanded the company's Greater Sydney market presence through numerous notable transactions; Quest Macquarie Park, Quest Cronulla Beach, Quest Liverpool and the Park Regis Cremorne.

Before ResortBrokers, Tim served as Development Director at Choice Hotels Asia-Pac (2018-2022), where he spearheaded growth initiatives across their five brands. His earlier career included valuable consulting experience with Leading Quality Assurance in both Vancouver and Sydney, working with executive teams operating the worlds leading hotels and resorts to optimise hotel operations.

Tim's multifaceted career across hospitality operations, consulting, franchise development and agency—underpinned by his Swinburne University business degree—equips him with the comprehensive expertise to achieve outstanding outcomes for vendors.

At JLL, he now applies this wealth of industry knowledge and his extensive network to successfully navigate the mid markets sector.
