Current Responsibilities
With three decades of commitment to the commercial real estate market, Tim is an authority in handling headquarter leases and is a trusted advisor for professional service firms, financial service firms and distinct public/private entities. Tim also helps investor clients re-energize their buildings to best position premier assets to capture tenant demand. His occupier and investor clients include Onyx Equities, Edison Properties, Argent Ventures, 601W, Marsh McLennan, NJM Insurance, NJ Resources, Panasonic, and Novartis. Tim leads our Market Advisory business in New Jersey, managing a team of over 50 office and retail leasing brokers. He drives alignment and supports the local market teams in delivering an integrated, One JLL approach to client sucess throughout the state.
Experience
Tim's career in commercial real estate started three decades ago handling in-house leasing for a value-add developer the insights from which have been instrumental in shaping his understanding of the industry dynamics. The balance of his career has been devoted to leveraging that experience serving both investor and occupier clients. His education also shaped his career. With an undergraduate degree in philosophy from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School, Tim continues to excel in delivering strategic solutions tailored to the clients' needs.
