Simon began his career in 2006 with international property consultancy King Sturge, joining as a graduate and gaining experience across the professional services side of the business before qualifying into the Investment team. Following the 2011 merger with JLL, Simon focused on office investment, becoming a specialist in both the South East and UK regional markets.
In 2020, he was appointed Head of the National Office Investment team, advising a wide range of institutional, private equity and international investors on major acquisitions and disposals. Simon also sits on the UK National Capital Markets Board, helping to set strategy and drive performance across the Group.
