Scott Carpenter

Career summary:

Scott Carpenter is a Managing Director in the Boston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, where he specializes in institutional investment sales with a primary focus on Office, Life Science, and manufacturing assets. He is a leader on the Boston commercial investment sales team and sits on JLL’s national Office Capital Markets Council.

Scott advises owners and investors on the sale and capitalization of Greater Boston assets. He manages each process from broker opinion of value and marketing launch through the bid process, and works directly with buyers, sellers, and lenders along the way. Across his career, he has participated in hundreds of tranasactions for more than $8 billion in total transaction volume across product types.

Scott has been a member of the JLL Capital Markets team in Boston since 2016. Before joining JLL, he worked on the commercial appraisal team at Cushman & Wakefield
