Ryan currently holds the position of Senior Director at the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. His primary responsibility involves land investment sales. Ryan excels in investment advisory, equity placement, and joint venture structuring. His expertise spans across key real estate markets in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. His remarkable work has significantly contributed to the successful closing of over $2.0 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

Experience

Ryan joined JLL following the HFF acquisition and brought with him over seven years of proven experience in the commercial real estate sector. Prior to his full-time role at HFF in September 2017, Ryan honed his skills as an intern at the prestigious Mack-Cali Realty Corporation. This position served as a valuable stepping stone in his career, equipping him with practical knowledge and professional acumen. Moreover, he holds a degree from James Madison University's esteemed Business School, further bolstering his credentials.
