About
Current responsibilities:
Ryan is a driven and dedicated commercial real estate professional specializing in advising venture capital firms and high-growth technology companies. At JLL, he guides founders through the complexities of traditional lease structures and how leasing decisions impact company burn rate. He represents clients in lease negotiations, sublease dispositions, and multi-market expansions. Ryan also plays a key role in helping companies shape their return-to-office strategies and implement hybrid work environments. In addition, he actively develops and executes strategies to identify and win new business. To date, Ryan has successfully completed over 100 transactions, totaling more than 500,000 square feet of office space.
Experience:
Ryan began his career at Raise in 2019 as the lead financial analyst, supporting 17 brokers across three markets with financial modeling, data analysis, research, and marketing. In 2020, he was promoted to Real Estate Advisor, where he helped companies plan, search for, and manage their real estate portfolios strategically. Following Raise’s acquisition by JLL in 2024, Ryan has continued his work as a Senior Associate.

Affiliations
Ryan serves on the Young Professional Advisory Committee for Special Olympics Northern California. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching Manchester United, and playing golf.
Education
While working full-time in brokerage, Ryan earned his Master’s in Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California and spent a semester studying abroad in Florence.
