Current Responsibilities
Ryan is a Senior Vice President with JLL's Mid-Atlantic Industrial Brokerage practice based in Baltimore, Maryland. He provides strategic real estate advisory and transaction services to institutional and private stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making to optimize value for clients and their organizations.
Experience
With over 21 years of real estate expertise, Ryan has established himself as a leader in industrial real estate. Since joining JLL in 2015, he has led several high-profile projects including a 3,250 acre brownfield redevelopment, generating $725+ million in lease/sale commitments and securing major tenants including Amazon, Under Armour, and Home Depot.
Prior to JLL, Ryan spent 11 years with Knott Realty Group managing a large portfolio of industrial, flex, and office properties while maintaining 90-95% occupancy rates and achieving ~90% tenant retention.

Community Involvement
Ryan serves as Director of The Kendall Burrows Foundation, which has raised over $765,000 for Johns Hopkins Children's Center Palliative Care Program. He also has served on the Corporate Advisory Board for Johns Hopkins Children's Center and founded the Hampton Social Club, which has donated over $60,000 to local initiatives.
