Ronnie’s dedication to detail and tireless efforts have ensured the best real estate solutions and terms are achieved for his clients. His longstanding relationships are a testament to prioritizing their requirements and developing unique strategies to create superior results. In addition to the work he does for his clients, he has led the JLL Houston’s Office Tenant Representation group for over 15 years, where he is responsible for their overall success, and mentors junior associates.
Experience
Over a 30-year career, Ronnie has shaped Houston's commercial real estate landscape by representing global corporations like ExxonMobil, HPE, KPMG, The Williams Companies, Dow Chemical, and AON. His notable projects include site consolidation and selection for a Fortune 100 company's 4 million square foot Houston campus, assisting HPE's world headquarters relocation to a new Houston campus, and helping Dow Chemical relocate to a new regional headquarters. These assignments showcase Ronnie's expertise in managing large-scale real estate projects for multinational corporations, contributing significantly to Houston's evolving business environment. His work reflects a deep understanding of corporate needs and market dynamics in the commercial real estate sector.
