Current Responsibilities

Robert is a senior managing director and co-head of the JLL Capital Markets offices in Austin and San Antonio. With a specialization in debt, equity, and investment advisory transactions, he manages overall operations of the offices, focusing on diverse commercial property types like multifamily, office, industrial, and retail properties. He has an intricate involvement in equity placement, construction financing, agency financing, and investment advisory, demonstrating a strategic approach to capitalize transactions.

Experience

With a prolific track record of over 16 years in real estate finance and investment advisory, Robert Wooten joined JLL via the HFF acquisition. Over his impressive career, he has successfully completed transactions exceeding $10 billion, reaffirming his ability to leverage opportunities across an extensive array of commercial property. An alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin, Robert holds a BS in Business Economics, enriching his industry prowess. Moreover, his steadfast commitment to professional excellence is reflected in his past board member position with the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA) and membership in the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).
