Robert and his team represent both middle-market and Fortune 500 companies in portfolio andtransaction management, providing expert guidance in market analyses, site selection,and negotiation of acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of commercial and industrial real estate. His commitment to cross-functional collaboration reflects the true essence of the "OneJLL" philosophy, resulting in best-in-class client service.
As a member of the JLL Supply Chain & Logistics Consulting group, Robert actively engageswith colleagues across a various disciplines, including manufacturing (steel, metals fabrication, paper & corrugatedpackaging, injection molding), logistics providers (3PL’s), retail/e-commerce, diversified services firms, and energy resources. Heis recognized annually at JLL as a top producer, where he and his team have transacted projects valued at more than $4.5 billion.
Experience:
Robert began his commercial industrial brokerage career with international real estate firm DTZ (now Cushman & formerly Equis Corporation and now Cushman & Wakefield). At DTZ, Robert was recognized as a top 40 producer and finalist nominee for the Spencer Sullivan Outstanding Achievement Award for leadership, team collaboration and professional growth.
