Current responsibilities:

Reid Mauro is an Executive Vice President in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Tenant Representation Group, serving as a trusted advisor to assist local & national client’s real estate requirements and strategically develop and deliver occupancy solutions. Reid is a co-leader of JLL’s Law Firm Practice Group in Pittsburgh providing strategic real estate advisory to law firm clients.

Experience:

Reid has 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry and joined JLL in 2006. He has driven successful strategies for Pittsburgh-based clients from initially defining the objectives, evaluating market alternatives, analyzing the financial implications, through negotiating and executing lease documentation.

Reid has also led transaction management service delivery across the Americas for corporate clients including Corning, Evoqua Water Technologies, Philips, The Hartford, BNY Mellon, Aetna, and Deutsche Bank, specializing in office, industrial, and flex property types. His core responsibilities involved acquisition, disposition, and portfolio advisory services in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Cornell University

Licensed Real Estate professional in Pennsylvania and New York
