Philip Verre

Philip joined JLL's Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) team in February 2025, focusing on business development and management of global occupier portfolios. In this role, he leverages his extensive experience in industrial real estate to identify and secure new opportunities for large-scale portfolio management and centralization.

Philip is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with national and international clients, providing strategic guidance on portfolio optimization, and overseeing complex real estate transactions. His expertise spans various industrial asset types, and he aims to deliver best-in-class services that advance clients' business, financial, and operational goals. This includes comprehensive market assessments, real estate planning, supply chain optimization strategies, and implementation of tailored solutions for industrial occupiers with global footprints.

Experience

Prior to joining JLL, Philip spent seven years with Cushman and Wakefield's Industrial team in Boston. There, he handled over 3 million square feet of industrial tenant representation and agency transactions, industrial speculative development design and planning, real estate merger & acquisition assessment, lease restructures and transaction management. His transition to JLL's IPS team marks an expansion of his focus from regional to global real estate services to drive significant value for JLL's global occupier clients.
