With more than 25 years of distinguished expertise in the data center sector, Peter currently oversees JLL's Data Center Technical Services and Consulting operations, where he leads strategic initiatives that drive innovation and operational excellence across the organization. His comprehensive leadership encompasses the complete data center lifecycle—from strategic site selection and sophisticated design methodologies through complex construction phases, rigorous commissioning processes, and optimized ongoing operations.

In his current role, Peter successfully delivers high-impact projects across diverse industry verticals, including state-of-the-art colocation facilities, mission-critical financial services infrastructure, specialized healthcare environments, and large-scale hyperscale deployments.

Experience

Skae Power Solutions - Founder & Principal (1998-Present) Peter demonstrated his entrepreneurial vision by establishing Skae Power Solutions, where he has led critical business functions including comprehensive design review, strategic value engineering, sophisticated project management, and complex logistics coordination. In his executive leadership role, he served as both Project Executive and Project Manager, orchestrating extensive electrical and mechanical distribution system upgrades across multiple Fortune 500 enterprises while consistently delivering projects on time and within budget parameters.

General Electric (GE) - Senior Technical Consultant Peter contributed his technical expertise and strategic insights at General Electric, where he collaborated extensively with the broader consulting engineering community on the design, seamless integration, and comprehensive maintenance of large-scale mission-critical facilities. His multifaceted role also involved establishing strong partnerships with electrical contractors to ensure precise equipment installation and thorough commissioning processes that met the highest industry standards.

Electro Industries - Systems Engineer Earlier in his career, Peter concentrated on the innovative design, strategic integration, and successful implementation of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, along with advanced power monitoring and sophisticated control solutions.
