Paul Glickman

Current responsibilities

Paul N. Glickman is a Vice Chairman in JLL’s New York office, Co-Heads the NYC Agency Leasing Practice and is a member of the firm's Executive Management Committee for the New York Tri-state region.

Mr. Glickman is a highly accomplished broker who is skilled in both owner and tenant representation. For building owners, he develops and executes targeted marketing and repositioning strategies that identify and secure credit tenants to increase asset value. For his tenant advisory clients, Mr. Glickman provides strategic planning services that fulfill their business objectives and create long-term value and success.

Experience

Mr. Glickman has been instrumental in negotiating many of Manhattan's largest and most complex leasing transactions including, but not limited to:

• 36 of Crain’s New York Business’s “Top 50” transactions over the past eight years
• Winning the Real Estate Board of New York’s Henry Hart Rice Award for the "Most Ingenious Deal of the Year."

Mr. Glickman serves on the Board of Trustees for Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City and has annually chaired (since 1990) the organization's Real Estate Industry Dinner, attended by over 900 New York real estate leaders, which has raised more than $45 million. He is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.

Mr. Glickman is a graduate of Tufts University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics. His studies abroad included coursework at the London School of Economics.
