Patrick Shields

Career summary

Patrick is a Managing Director in the Boston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than has more than 15 years of experience in real estate and finance. Throughout the course of his career, he’s been involved in more than $10 billion in investment sales and advisory transactions, primarily focused on office and life sciences assets.

He’s achieved industry recognition as Investment Broker of the Year from the Greater Chicago Food Depository in 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2022 and was also part of the team awarded NAIOP’s Office Investment Transaction of the Year in 2018, 2021 and 2023.
