Patrick Grenko

Patrick Grenko is a Vice President with JLL’s Philadelphia office. He provides exceptional service to owners and occupiers throughout Center City and Bucks County, PA. With a focus on Agency Leasing and Tenant Representation Services, Patrick develops and implements strategic real estate solutions to meet and exceed clients’ business objectives. Patrick assists tenants with lease renewals, lease restructures, relocations, portfolio management, dispositions, and strategic planning.

Prior to joining JLL in 2012, Patrick was a Senior Regional Director at Coventry First, a financial services firm that created the secondary market for life insurance in the U.S. During his time at Coventry, Patrick was responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with leading insurance agents and financial professionals of high net worth clients.

Patrick’s background representing occupiers (tenants), advising institutional investors, marketing & leasing major assets, evaluating and underwriting acquisitions and studying adaptive reuse development projects, provides him a unique perspective when representing either an owner or space occupier. Previous and current clients include Brickstone Realty, St. Mary Medical Center, APF Properties, Pembrooke Hobson, Robert Half International, Fulton Financial, TFS, Zoomer, GSI Health and GID.

Patrick is currently involved with Project H.O.M.E., a non-profit organization aimed towards breaking the cycle of homelessness and poverty. As a member of the Young Leaders Committee, Patrick focuses on mentoring at-risk teens, and is also a committee member for the Young Leaders Gala where he raises funds to benefit the organization.

Patrick graduated from the University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. Patrick was also a member of the men’s varsity basketball team at the University of Scranton.
