Current Responsibilities
Natalie Belloff is an associate broker for the retail advisory team in Chicago. She works on both agency and tenant representation, responsible for a range of duties including thorough prospecting, LOI negotiations, and creating merchandising plans. Currently, Natalie manages over twenty agency listings and represents more than five tenant accounts.
Experience
Ms. Belloff joined the retail team in August 2023, bringing with her invaluable skills honed at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Her strengths include networking, organizing, leadership, and direction. She has successfully led numerous events, including a sold-out annual career day for the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation. During college, Natalie completed an internship at another Chicago brokerage firm, where she conducted market research, managed social media, maintained databases, shadowed brokers, and created property reports. Since joining our team, Ms. Belloff continues to grow and strengthen her skills, contributing significantly to our retail advisory services.
Education and Affiliations
Ms. Belloff earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising with a minor in Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating with honors in three years. During her time at university, she served as president of the student Real Estate Association, Rho Epsilon. Natalie has received scholarships from esteemed organizations including The Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation, CCIM, and SIOR. Currently, she serves on The Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation's Associate Board and co-chairs the Harold E. Eisenberg Career Day. She is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
