Current Responsibilities
Nancy is a Vice President with JLL’s greater Philadelphia region. She specializes in Corporate Real Estate Consulting for clients and Commercial Brokerage for both landlord and tenant representation. Since 2019, she has led JLL’s Integrated Portfolio Services practice for outsourcing the corporate real estate function for AAA Club Alliance Inc.
Experience
Nancy arrives at JLL with over 30 years of real estate experience, most recently from Corporate Real Estate Consulting, Inc., which she formed in 2000. Her company provided corporate real estate consulting and outsourcing resources to E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Company for assets located in the United States as well as consulting and staffing services to Chemours Company FC, LLC, and Ashland Chemical (f/k/a Hercules Incorporated) for assets located in the United States and Europe. She served as Project Manager to provide global real estate and business advisory services and solutions including acquisition, divestiture, lease, donation or encumbrance of real property, and management of property for value enhancement and marketability.
She was previously a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young, LLP/Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group in Philadelphia and provided real estate and management consulting services.
Education
Nancy holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and completed the master’s degree in Corporate Real Estate (“MCR”) program from the International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives. Nancy has been a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent specializing in commercial transactions since 1990.
