As a highly qualified commercial real estate advisor with 18 years of experience, Michael specializes in multi-housing investment sales. His current responsibilities include leveraging his expertise to guide clients through complex multifamily investment transactions. He is committed to creating strategies that align with his client’s goals, providing them with in-depth investment, market and location analysis.
Experience
Michael is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in investment advisory in the New Jersey, New York and Connecticut markets. Over the course of his career, Michael has been involved in more than $5 billion of office, industrial, retail, land and multifamily sales.
Michael started at HFF in February 2007 as a debt and equity analyst.
