Mike Iino

Mike Iino serves JLL in Northern California as Executive Managing Director representing office tenants in San Francisco as well as throughout the United States and globally. Mike has spent his twenty-year career representing tenants with a focus on high-growth technology companies. He is an advisor to many of the Bay Area’s leading companies, specializing in HQ transactions and multi-market portfolios while leveraging JLL’s global platform and technology solutions.

As one of the leaders of JLL's tenant representation group in San Francisco, Mike is also active in JLL’s Technology Leadership Council and National Mentor/Protégé program.

Previously, Mike was President of Raise Commercial Real Estate where he co-led the growth of the firm’s national brokerage business prior to JLL’s acquisition of Raise in 2024. Prior to Raise, Mike was a leading tenant representation broker at CBRE and started his career at The CAC Group.

Mike and his team have completed many of the largest and most complex transactions in the Bay Area over his career and has received numerous recognitions for his transactions professionalism and transactions.

Mike graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University with a Finance major and Economics minor. He lives in Marin with his wife and two daughters and is an active member in the local community. When he is not working, you can find him spending time with his family and enjoying the outdoors.
