As Head of JLL's regional leasing and IPS group for Asia, Michael leads a team dedicated to serving multi-national occupier clients that require tenant representation and portfolio management services across Asia and the globe, representing a region with over 900+ brokers across 14 geographies.
Experience
Michael Davies is a real estate expert with 25 years of experience in the Asian markets. He specializes in tenant representation and workplace advisory and has advised clients on some of the largest leasing mandates in Asia.
Michael offers clients reasoned advice for optimising their real estate journey with a focus on strategic timing, market intelligence, employee well-being, end to end project and build management and long-term sustainability. By collaborating with clients to understand their unique business objectives, he is able to leverage the unparalleled expertise of JLL's diverse teams, including workplace consultants, designers, and project managers, to help clients create thriving hubs for productivity and employee engagement.
