Current Responsibilities

As a Director on JLL’s Private Capital Markets Team, Max leads investment sales and acquisitions throughout South Florida. He advises private clients, family offices, and local operators on portfolio strategies and market opportunities. Max also collaborates with JLL's debt advisory team to secure optimal financing solutions for his clients.

Experience

Max is a capital markets specialist with over 8 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Based in South Florida, Mr. Lescano has been with JLL’s Capital Markets Team for over 5 years and has helped to close over $3 billion in transactions across every commercial asset class in that time.
