Martin is Head of Long Income & Funding Solutions with over 20 years’ experience in transactional and funding advice. Martin works across the whole spectrum of the Real Estate market with a specialist focus on Living (Student, Healthcare and Residential) and key regeneration projects. He provides creative funding solutions to achieve the goals of investors, developers and both public and private sector clients and has executed over £2.5bn of transactions over the last 5 years.
Martin works on behalf of a wide range of institutional, property companies, developers and both public and private sector clients. Clients include M&G, Legal & General, Aviva, USS, Aberdeen Standard, LaSalle, Reef Estates, Cambridge University Hospitals, Gloucester Council, Oxford City Council, Gravesham Council and Stockton on Tees Borough Council.
