His engineering background and analytical mindset created opportunities for him to manage the development and leasing of complex facilities. This technical expertise enables him to identify critical information gaps and key negotiation concessions often overlooked commercial in real estate contracts.

Marcelo specializes in commercial real estate leasing, purchases, sales, as well as data center/colocation licenses and services agreements.
