Marc Hertzberg, SIOR Vice Chairman
Marc Hertzberg serves as Vice Chairman of JLL's Arizona industrial group, bringing more than 30 years of specialized experience in industrial real estate. He specializes in sales and lease transactions throughout Phoenix's West Valley industrial market, serving institutional investors, developers, corporate clients, and private owners. His practice encompasses tenant representation, agency leasing and sales, and land acquisitions for industrial development.
Marc has played an instrumental role in shaping the Phoenix industrial market through notable agency assignments and representing national tenants with tailored strategic solutions that align with their operational needs and business goals. Since joining JLL in 2010, he has completed over 38 million square feet in transactions valued at more than $715 million. Throughout his career, Marc has consistently ranked among the top-producing industrial brokers in the Phoenix market and has earned recognition from leading industry organizations including NAIOP, SIOR, and CoStar.
Beyond his professional achievements, Marc is deeply committed to serving his community through meaningful volunteer work. He has served as a Committee Member for the Fiesta Bowl since 2008, supporting one of college football's premier bowl games and its numerous charitable initiatives. Additionally, Marc serves as an Honorary Commander for the 56 Operations Support Squadron at Luke Air Force Base, fostering vital connections between the business community and military personnel.
