Current Responsibilities
As a key member of the Southern California leasing team, Liam spearheads the execution of leasing strategies for an extensive portfolio comprising over 50 shopping centers, encompassing more than 4,000,000 square feet. His multifaceted role includes lead generation, deal negotiation, strategy implementation, business development, marketing initiatives, and client relationship management. Liam represents both established and emerging occupiers, identifying optimal real estate opportunities to ensure their strategic positioning and success within target markets. Additionally, he provides comprehensive representation to developers in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, while sourcing value-add and repositioning projects throughout California and across the nation.
