I have over 20 years' experience in Residential Valuation, and I am currently Head of our Prime Central London Valuation Team which is involved in the valuation of high value single assets, development sites and investment portfolios as well as a full range of Leasehold Enfranchisement and Strategic advice in relation to residential assets. Our clients could be for secured lending, internal purposes or tax and include a number of Global and UK based entities. Recently I have taken on further responsibility as the Head of UK Residential Valuation.
