Current Responsibilities
Laura Kucharczyk is the Regional Lead for our Project & Development Services team in the Mountain States, Pacific Northwest and Hawaii. Laura’s primary focus is on developing the teams in her region, instilling a positive culture, and collaborating across business lines to secure new business. Her calm demeanor, clear communication style, and strategic approach are critical to her success in all aspects of her role, including team leadership, business development, and project execution.
Experience
With over 25 years of experience in the design, construction and real estate industries, Laura brings a well-rounded insight to her team and each project she touches. As a player-coach, Laura’s primary focus is leadership of the talented professionals on the Project Management team, while drawing upon her extensive experience to problem solve and manage client relationships.
Laura started her career in Denver at a local design firm while pursuing her Master of Architecture degree at the University of Colorado at Denver. In 2006, Laura transitioned into the world of commercial real estate project management. She has executed projects ranging in size and complexity, including commercial office interiors, build to suit, life science, data centers, healthcare, and manufacturing. Her diverse project background helps her to effectively collaborate across sectors and provide guidance on a variety of project types.
