Current Responsibilities
Kirby Hayes is a Senior Director at the JLL Capital Markets office in Austin, specializing in Net Lease Healthcare Real Estate. He has expertise in collaborating with physicians, developers, private equity firms, and operators. Kirby is responsible for developing strategies for the disposition of both portfolio and single-asset properties.
Experience
Kirby joined JLL in January 2023. Before this, Kirby worked as a Senior Associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services for two years. His outstanding performance and commitment to the industry have earned him several awards. Most notably, he received the JLL Triple Net Lease (NNN) Rising Star Award in 2024, which recognizes his rapid advancement and significant contributions to the company. During his time at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, Kirby was also honored with the Chairman's Club Award in 2022 and the Pace Setter Award in 2021. Kirby earned a University Studies degree from Texas A&M, with a concentration in Business and minors in Economics and Communication.
