Kevin brings more than 18 years of retail real estate experience to his role. Prior to joining JLL, he worked as a Leasing Representative for Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate in Cincinnati, OH. During his time there, Kevin’sassignments included various types of retail projects including Regional Malls, Lifestyle Centers, Urban Mixed-Use developments, Neighborhood Centers, Power Centers and College Campus developments throughout the country. He is an active member of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Ohio and Kentucky.
He has extensive experience providing strategic solutions for clients throughout the Ohio and Kentucky markets. Specifically, Kevin specializes in tenant negotiations, retail and restaurant leasing, anchor tenant leasing for new ground-up developments, as well as joint venture and agency leasing assignments.
With his knowledge and understanding of the dynamic retail industry on a national, regional and local level, Kevin has been able to build strong relationships with an extensive roster of tenants and investors. His understanding of market dynamics, industry trends and consumer behaviors allows him to analyze and develop a strategic approach for each client and project.
