Kevin Haus serves as Senior Managing Director at JLL, bringing more than 35 years of commercial real estate expertise to the firm. He specializes in tenant representation with a focus on office and flex properties. Kevin is Baltimore's Tenant Representation lead with over 10 brokers.
Kevin joined JLL from Colliers International | Baltimore, where he served as principal alongside business partner Matt Haas beginning in 2011. His extensive career includes eight years at Manekin LLC and 15 years at KLNB, establishing a strong foundation in the Baltimore commercial real estate market.

Education
As a lifelong Baltimore resident, Kevin attended Loyola Blakefield. After high school Kevin received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. At UNC, Kevin lettered for four years in lacrosse and was a team captain in 1988. Kevin was also a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity.
