Kerr is responsible for interface with owners, investors,developers and operators in maximizing value of their underlying hotel assetsand executing transactions across the value spectrum.
Prior to working for JLL’s Hotels and Hospitality Group Kerrheld a number of roles in the sector including positions working in HotelAdvisory Services, Investment and Development and Bank Support and BusinessRecovery
Kerr sits on the Advisory Board of the Annual HotelConference (AHC) and is a founding board member of the UK Hotel Summit.
