Current Responsibilities
Katy Redmond is a key member of the JLL Global Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) leadership team within our Leasing business responsible for the Eastern United States and Canada, with more than 80 million square feet under management. In this role, Katy helps our clients solve complex real estate challenges with a focus on maximizing value and consistent service excellence. Experienced in both real estate service delivery and in leading high-performing teams, Katy drives innovative strategies that foster creativity and enhance the client experience. Katy also serves as JLL’s co-Lead for the Technology Industry.
Experience
Katy brings more than 25 years of solution development, account management and leadership experience, with the past 19 years dedicated to the successful delivery of complex real estate programs for JLL. She has held senior positions across JLL including Markets Advisory/Brokerage, Project & Development Services and JLL Technologies. Katy joined the global board of CoreNet in 2025. Katy graduated as a Helen Heath Scholar from William Smith College. She holds a Masters of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) from CoreNet Global and Negotiation Mastery certificate from Harvard Business School. Outside of the office, Katy is an artist, explorer, and outdoor enthusiast. Katy and her family reside outside of Washington, DC.
