Kathryn Pitts

Kathryn brings diverse experience to her role as Head of Operations & Delivery for the UK & EMEA from her previous roles in valuation, compliance and project management within JLL's EMEA Value & Risk Advisory business. She has been in this role since November 2025, having previously worked with the Investor Services and Operational Real Estate Value & Risk Advisory teams.

In her role, Kathryn oversees daily operations and collaborates with teams to implement strategies and improve performance. Her primary aim is to enhance the end-to-end valuation process for both colleagues and clients.

Kathryn is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
