Jufiandi Junizir

Jufiandi Junizir is Senior Director at JLL, responsible for overseeing Work Dynamics operations in Indonesia. With more than 20 years of experience in facility management, he leads a team of 200 employees, drives strategic growth, and continuously enhances JLL’s workplace management services.

Jufi’s leadership is centered on delivering best-in-class workplace management solutions, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring consistently high-quality service delivery. He brings extensive expertise in facility management, procurement, project management, and energy management, with a proven track record in managing end-to-end facility operations. Since 2023, Jufi has led Work Dynamics Indonesia in achieving ISO 9001 and ISO 41001 certifications.

Prior to his current role, Jufi served as Head of Real Estate & Facility Services at Novartis Indonesia. He previously held roles as Operations Director for JLL Corporate Solutions and as Facility Manager at both IBM and HP Indonesia.

Jufi’s focus remains on building a strong foundation for workplace management and driving business growth in Indonesia, enabling clients to concentrate on their core operations.

He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Trisakti, Indonesia.
