Current Responsibilities
Jon Compitello is an Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services at Jones Lang LaSalle’s New Jersey office. At JLL, Jon dedicates his
responsibilities to include new business development primarily focusing on market research, financial analysis, site and facility acquisition and
disposition, and lease negotiations.
His primary focus includes business development, property marketing initiatives, strategy implementation, coordination and review of
market research. Jon has successfully completed projects for Sharp Electronics, Dassault Falcon Jet, Panasonic, ePlus, and Ameriprise Financial. On the landlord representation side, he has worked with Third Point, New York Life, and The Silverman Group.
Jon graduated from Franklin and Marshall College with a Liberal Arts degree and was a 4-year member of the baseball team.
