John Huguenard

Career summary

John is a Senior Managing Director in the Miami office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and is co-leader of the firm's national industrial group. With more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, John specializes in industrial investment sales for institutional and corporate clients as well as private owners of real estate.

During his career, John has exclusively represented institutional owners, REITs and developers in the acquisition or disposition of industrial assets. He has consistently been one of the nation’s top investment sales producers, receiving a number of industry achievements.
