Current responsibilities:
Jim Schoolfield joined JLL as Executive Vice President, Brokerage based in JLL’s West LA office. Jim plays a key role in expanding JLL’s Tenant Representation advisory and consulting business throughout Los Angeles as well as nationally.
Jim brings 16 years of commercial real estate experience totaling over $1B in project value and joined us from CBRE where he was responsible for strategic planning, corporate lease and purchase/sale negotiations and portfolio optimization.
Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He currently chairs the St Jude Children’s Hospital event in Los Angeles, sits on the Executive Forum with ACG LA, and is actively involved with CoreNet Global (Southern California Chapter) and LACRA.
