Current responsibilities:
Jessica serves as an Executive Vice President on the JLL Minneapolis Tenant Representation team where she advises clients of all sizes. Jessica is a leader in the Life Science and Technology space and her passion is building and upporting companies and the ecosystem in the Twin Cities.
Experience:
Jessica brings over 20 years of real estate strategy and execution experience not only locally, but globally. She joined JLL in 2019, after previously working for Cresa as an owner and Principal where she led a multi-disciplinary international team. Her team optimized and executed on a portfolio consisting of 500+ locations, 28 million square feet, 140 countries on behalf of a Fortune 100 Medical Device company. Jessica is also the host of the real estate podcast, The Fly Through discussing innovation, trends, and talking to amazing people in real estate. Her strong belief that the best team is the best way to support her clients drives value and creates solutions.
