Jeremy Greenfield

Jeremy Greenfield is a Senior Valuer within the Valuation Advisory team based in Brussels, Belgium and is also a member of the Southern Europe Lender Services Group. He has conducted valuations in all commercial real estate classes for major national and international clients.

With strong expertise in major office investments in Brussels, Jeremy also has extensive experience in other mainstream asset classes. He advises national and international banks, institutional investors, asset managers as well as private investors. Regular valuation work includes providing quarterly updates of major office investments in Brussels for clients such as Schroders, M&G, Patrizia, Edmond de Rothschild REIM and regular valuations for updated secured lending for major banks such as Heleba Landesbank and Aareal Bank AG.

Jeremy commenced his career in real estate in 1988 in London, specializing in valuations for loan security and financial reporting purposes for CBRE. After working for BNP Paribas Real Estate in Birmingham, he joined King Sturge in Brussels in 2005, where he set up the valuation department. Following the merger with JLL in 2011, Jeremy took a career break and rejoined JLL at the end of 2020.

Jeremy received his qualification in Valuation and Estate Management at the University of West of England, Bristol and is a Registered Valuer and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
