About
Mr. Badstubner is a Managing Director with JLL’s retail practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Badstubner assists landlord andtenant clients with their leasing and property strategies through the use of technology, team collaboration and over 30 years of retailexperience. With the combined efforts of his 8 person team in the region, the agency team has completed ground up developments fromSacramento to Salinas as well as more than 40 existing shopping center assignments. Most recently, Mr. Badstubner executed onassignments for LaSalle Partners, US Realty, Bentall Kennedy and Sperry Commercial in the Bay Area. On the tenant side, his team hasmanaged the roll out for The Kebab Shop, Mancini’s Sleepworld, Carbon Health, Living Spaces and HSBC.
Prior to joining JLL, he served as Regional Vice President for Regency Centers, a Jacksonville, Florida-based REIT with a nationwide retailportfolio, where he oversaw 46 shopping centers totaling 2.9 million square feet. During his career, Mr. Badstubner has primarilyfocused on the retail industry from the agency leasing perspective.
Affiliations
He volunteers time as a Board Member forthe Redwood City Chamber of Commerce. He is a past Boad member for Redwood City Chamber as well as an Executive Board Memberfor the development of the Redwood City Improvement Association. Mr. Badstubner is also a board member of the Northern CaliforniaICSC Program Planning Committee and chaired the 2023 and 2024 Monterey ICSC Idea Exchange.
Education
Mr. Badstubner earned his degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
